Nebraska Christian college opened in 1945, in Norfolk, Nebraska. In the 50 years since opening its doors, the college has grown from an apartment house to an 80-acre campus. Nebraska Christian College relocated to its current location in Papillion, Nebraska in 2006. The college's mission is to glorify God through ministry by educating students for God's work.

Nebraska Christian College offers three degree programs: Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Arts, and Associate of Arts degrees. The Bachelor of Theology is a five-year program, the Bachelor of Arts is a four-year program, and the Associate of Arts is a two-year program.

  • Nebraska Christian College spans 80 acres, with more than 60,000 square feet of classrooms, dorm suites, a student center, cafeteria, and offices. In fall 2007, two four-plex apartment buildings were built for married students. There are also plans for a gymnasium and cafeteria.


  • There are recreational activities available outside of the Nebraska Christian College campus. Walnut Creek Recreational Park is two miles from the campus and has a path for walking and fishing. Five miles away, there is an outdoor mall, and seven miles away, in the heart of Papillion, is recreation, shopping, and dining.


  • The college's concentrations include Christian education, church music, family life ministry, missions, pastoral ministry and youth ministry.


  • Nebraska Christian College offers full-time, incoming students, living in the Omaha metro area the same tuition rates for eight continuous semesters.


  • The college's athletic teams are affiliated with the Association of Christian College Athletic Association and the Midwest Christian College Conference. The athletic teams include men's and women's basketball and women's and men's soccer.


  • To give students additional educational opportunities, Nebraska Christian College has transfer agreements with other colleges, universities, and institutions. These agreements are for students who want a Christian college education but have chosen to pursue a degree program not available at Nebraska Christian College. The participating colleges and universities are Bellevue University, Fort Hays State University, Grace University, Northeast Community College, and York College.
