North Carolina School of Natural Healing
After graduating hundreds of holistic healers, closed in October of 2007. The school previously served as a unique community of alternative healing enthusiasts and provided stimulating, challenging education in a number of natural healing areas.
This holistic healing school in North Carolina offered educational courses and programs in three distinct areas:
massage therapy, herbalism, and energy healing and meditation. Through its
massage therapy program,
North Carolina school of Natural Healing offered a 10-month diploma program in
massage therapy, a training program for certified massage therapists, and a
massage therapy instructor's training program.
Through its unique School of Herbalism,
North Carolina School of Natural Healing offered a certificate in herbal apothecary, as well as a clinical and pro herbalism certification course. Many students also pursued meditation and energy healing interests at this holistic healing school in North Carolina. Outside of the traditional curriculum programs, North Carolina School of Natural Healing offered a number of workshops and non-degree courses on herbalism for the general public.
This holistic healing school in North Carolina believed that the path to becoming a holistic healer involved more than just academics, it involved an entire shift in one's concepts and perceptions of the world. Faculty and instructors served as knowledge resources as well as mentors and coaches that provided life guidance. The holistic approach this school took to education truly developed every dimension of a student-personally, professionally, spiritually, academically, and emotionally. It's only when all these aspects of one's life are harmonious and content that one can truly fulfill their potential as a healer.
