Nova Scotia community college is a two-year institution of higher learning that is dedicated to serving the residents of Nova Scotia. By blending academics, community service, and work, this Canadian college works to build both Nova Scotia's economy and quality of life.

As part of its dedication to its mission, Nova Scotia Community College has grown to encompass smaller, specialized schools. Today the Canadian college consists of the School of Applied Arts and New Media, the School of business, the School of Health and Human Services, and the School of Trades and Technology. And with more than 115 post-secondary programs offered, this Canadian school has a course to meet nearly anyone's needs.

Thanks to Nova Scotia Community College's articulation agreements with colleges and universities throughout the nation, students can more easily transfer their credits between institutions. In the case of Two + Two Agreements, students will find that a diploma from Nova Scotia Community College will count towards the first two years of a bachelor's degree program from a traditional college or university.

Nova Scotia Community College is also home to Portfolio College, where students learn how best to display their skills and credentials to prospective employers.
