The Lancaster Campus of Ohio University offers the first two years of more than 275 undergraduate major's on the main OU campus. Additionally, the Lancaster Campus offers associate, bachelor's, and master's degree completion programs.

Students of the Lancaster Campus can easily transfer credits to the main Ohio university campus with an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree. The OU Athens campus offers an orientation program for transfer students. OU-Lancaster's credits transfer to other institutions as well.

Ohio university Lancaster also offers a Tech Prep programs. Students of this four-year program take the first two years in high school and complete their studies with a two-year college degree in a targeted technology area.

In addition to the Lancaster and Athens campuses, Ohio university has campuses in St. Clairsville (Eastern Campus), Chillicothe, Southern, and Zanesville, as well as learning centers in Pickerington and Proctorville.
