Founded in 1965, Owens community college continues to offer an affordable, quality education among Ohio colleges to those who are seeking an associate degree, continuing education courses and professional development. Owens Community College allows you to complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree and then transfer to any four-year college or university. To enhance this process, Owens Community College has cultivated transfer agreements with over 20 area four-year colleges and universities.

Between our two campuses of Ohio colleges in Toledo and Findlay, Owens Community College serves over 45,000 credit and non-credit students annually, yet our average class size is just 15 students.

Serving 44,000 students annually on two campuses, Owens Community College is one of the fastest growing colleges in the United States. We offer more than 150 program areas, convenient class times and transfer flexibility. In addition, Owens students enjoy a number of extracurricular activities outside of the classroom, including a variety of athletics, intramurals, clubs, organizations, and the opportunity to participate in Student Government.
