Since its creation in 1971, Paul D. Camp
community college has been working to serve the community of Franklin, Virginia. Throughout the years this comprehensive two-year institution of higher learning has continued to grow and now boasts a campus in Suffolk, as well an educational center in Smithfield, Virginia.
