The Penn State Cosmetology Academy is a comprehensive institution offering a diverse range of programs in the personal appearance fields. Programs offered the nail technician course, the cosmetology course and more.

Each program offered at the Penn State Cosmetology Academy is comprised of an individual curriculum and time schedule. Through the 200-hour nail technician program, students have the opportunity to gain knowledge in areas such as manicures, pedicures and more. Through the 1,250-hour cosmetology program, students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in areas such as hair services, make-up and more. Through the 500-hour cosmetology teacher course Penn State cosmetology students will learn about management skills, stock inventories, office procedures, recruitments, dispensary duties and teaching theory/

The Penn State Cosmetology Academy is located in the city of Hermitage in Pennsylvania. In addition to the comprehensive programs offered at the Penn State Cosmetology Academy, students can also take advantage of the numerous recreational, cultural, and historical attractions in the Hermitage area.
