Penn State University-Division of Undergraduate Studies is a division of the
Penn State University system. The Division of Undergraduate studies offers advising support for students, assists students with choosing their undergraduate major and more. Penn State University offers more than 160 majors in a variety of fields. Some of the undergraduate majors include accounting, communications, creative writing,
nursing, physics and many more.
Penn State University offers more than 16 campus locations throughout Pennsylvania in cities such as Harrisburg, Erie, New Kensington and more. Each campus offers individual undergraduate programs and are home to a variety of facilities. Facilities include libraries, research centers, computer labs and much more. The University Park Campus is home to the Penn State Palmer Museum of Art, art galleries and more. Penn State Harrisburg offers a variety of facilities including the
engineering Technology Laboratory, the Capital Union building and others. Students also have access to the campus libraries as well as university library resources. Penn State University offers more than four million volumes, numerous database collections and many other resources accessible to students. Undergraduate programs are also accessible via Penn State's World Campus, which offers a variety of
online undergraduate programs.
Students can also take advantage of a wide array of student activities and organizations at Penn State University. Some of the University student clubs and organizations include the Jazz Club, the Geological Sciences Club, the Archery club and many others. Undergraduate students can also take advantage of off campus activities in many campus locations. At the University Park campus located in State College students can enjoy cultural, historical and recreational activities alike. State College is home to variety of ethnic restaurants, scenic landscapes, festivals, museums and more. Undergraduate students studying at the Penn State Behrend College in Erie not only have access to the many Lake Erie recreational activities, but can explore surrounding cities as well. The city of Pittsburgh is located within driving distance of Erie, which offers such cultural attractions as the Carnegie Museum of Art and Natural History, the Andy Warhol Museum and more.
