Penn State University's School of International Affairs is one of the many schools that is a part of the Penn State University system. The School of International Affairs offers a Master's of International Affairs degree, a variety of elective courses and more. The Master's program is designed to teach the specific content and skills areas necessary for international exchange. Upon completion students will acquire a strong intellectual knowledge base and competencies crucial to a professional career in the international arena, including: intercultural communication; leadership, analytical, and advocacy skills; and language proficiency. Additionally, elective courses are offered through the College of Agricultural Studies, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, the Dickinson School of Law and others.

Penn State University's College of School of International Affairs is located on the University Park campus, which is located in State College in Pennsylvania.
