Technical College is a private, non-profit institution that prepares students for employment in technical fields through a combination of general education, professional studies, and hands-on experience. RTC is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Students at Ranken
Technical College are trained to enter the workforce in more than 100 fields. Ranken
technical College offers associate degree and certificate programs in its five core divisions:
automotive, Construction, Electrical, Information Technology, and Machining. In addition, students can a bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a bachelor's degree in Applied Management. Both bachelor's degree programs are offered as continuing education programs after students have completed the associate's degree.
Students at Ranken Technical College can participate in a variety of campus activities including special interest groups, academic clubs, honor societies, student government, and a student
Ambassador program that works to recruit new students. Students also have access to academic advising, transfer guidance, mentoring, and career counseling.
