The Rocky Mountain College of Arts and Sciences is comprised of two divisions: the humanities and fine arts division and the natural sciences and mathematics division. Of Rocky Mountain College's full-time faculty members, about 80 percent possess a doctorate or the highest possible degree in their field. Students are afforded easy access to Yellowstone National Park, the Billings Symphony, and the Western Heritage Center. Rocky Mountain College has an extensive outdoor recreation program, with plenty of chances for hiking, rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, snowboarding and skiing. Rocky Mountain College's clubs and organizations include student government, volunteer work and intercollegiate athletics.
