School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology combines a variety of techniques to promote physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Students are given instruction in these techniques in a friendly, non-threatening environment and benefit from the small class sizes, ensuring each student receives individual attention. Training is provided through theoretical and practical courses as well as hands-on experience, which begins on the first day of class.

School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology offers certification through their massage, reflexology, and sports massage programs. The massage certification requires 550 hours of study in anatomy and physiology, massage techniques, and bodywork. Students will learn holistic massage, anatomy and physiology, pathology and business ethics, development and understanding of physical, mental and spiritual healing, and preparation for state testing and licensure. The reflexology certification requires 125 hours of study in reflexology of the foot. In this program, students learn hands-on holistic reflexology techniques, history of reflexology, anatomy and physiology, benefits and contraindication, development/understanding of physical, mental, and spiritual healing(body/mind connection). The Therapeutic Massage for athletes (sports massage) is a 52 hour program of intensive training in working with athletes before during and after training and competition. Students learn hand-on sports massage techniques, benefits and contraindication of sports massage, advanced stretching techniques for the athlete, and preventative, curative and emergency procedures. Those interested in the sports massage program must fulfill the prerequisite of being certified in massage therapy or concurrently enrolled.
