South Whidbey Center is a public two-year community college that is part of Skagit Valley College and offers academic transfer degrees, technical degrees, and certificates from their location in Clinton, Washington. Established in 1926, Skagit Valley College and its campuses offers accredited Associate of Arts University College Transfer, Associate of Arts General Studies, and Associate of Technical Arts degrees in over 60 majors and 25 technical programs.
