Whidbey Island Campus is a public two-year community college that is part of Skagit Valley College and offers university transfer classes, technical education, general courses, or adult high school completion from their location in on Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, Washington. Students can begin their college degrees, learn new skills, or start careers. Since 1926, Skagit Valley College and its campuses have offered accredited Associate of Arts University College Transfer, Associate of Arts General Studies, and Associate of Technical Arts degrees in over 60 majors and 25 technical programs.

At Whidbey Island, students can complete Associate degree programs in Arts, business, or General Arts studies as well as degree core elements in visual arts and music. The campus also offers degree completion or certificates for careers in Computer Information Systems, Health & Fitness Technology, Marine Maintenance Technology, Office Administration & Accounting Technologies, and Practical nursing/Health Occupations. Whidbey Island Campus has business & Economics, English, Humanities, and Math departments as well as computer workshops.

As part of the community, the school works with local businesses, civic groups, the Navy, public agencies, and citizens to provide lifelong educational opportunities. There is an extensive co-op educational program at Skagit Valley College that works with students so that they can take the knowledge and theory gained in the classroom and apply to practical work situations through a career-related employment or volunteer position within the local community. The school also offers programs to help students plan their educational paths, secure financial aid, and explore career choices. They have up-to-date technological support, computer labs, and Internet access to ensure efficient and effective learning.
