The South Dakota School of massage therapy offers a 500-hour program in massage therapy. Once coursework is completed, students are eligible to take the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam.

South Dakota School of massage therapy students take courses in Swedish massage, anatomy, kinesiology, hydrotherapy, heated stone therapy and more. In addition, the school offers workshops and seminars.
