Community College offers technical and transfer degrees and an array of non-credit Community Education classes, as well as pre-college and general education courses. Students at South Puget Sound
Community College will find a variety of options available as they design a program of study. Students at the
Washington school learn skills to prepare them for employment in an occupational field, or complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree. South Puget Sound Community College offers basic skills courses to help improve reading, writing and math skills. Continuing Education and student-funded courses meet a variety of educational needs in the community. The breadth of programs offered illustrates why the Washington school is called a "comprehensive community college."
At South Puget Sound Community College, students find an atmosphere centered on student success. They can expose themselves to an array of culturally enriching activities, develop their leadership skills in student government and through a broad choice of clubs and organizations, and compete in sports at the local, regional, and national level.
