Southwest Acupuncture College, with locations in New Mexico and Colorado, offers a master's degree program in oriental medicine.

Founded in 1980, Southwest's Oriental medicine program consists of 3,045 hours of training. The focus is the five branches of Oriental medicine, with the most time spent on acupuncture and herbal medicine. The other subjects are physical therapy, nutrition and exercise and breathing therapy.

Southwest Acupuncture College has three campuses: Santa Fe, New Mexico; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Boulder, Colorado.

Southwest Acupuncture College is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is approved by the New Mexico Board of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and the Colorado Commission on Higher education.
