Spring Arbor University is a Christian liberal arts school located in Spring Arbor, Michigan on a 100-acre campus. Leaders of the Free Methodist Church founded Spring Arbor University in 1873, and the Michigan School now attracts more than 4,000 students.

In recent years, Spring Arbor University has seen a more than 40 percent increase in both undergraduate enrollment and total enrollment, while offering more than 60 undergraduate programs. The Michigan school has seven graduate programs providing advanced degrees in business, communication, counseling, education, family studies, organizational management and spiritual formation. All degrees offered by Spring Arbor University are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

In the past decade, 20 affiliate colleges have adopted or adapted Spring Arbor University's curriculum, making the Michigan school one of the leading designers of degree completion programs. Spring Arbor University also focuses on cross-cultural studies programs sending students and faculty to take courses in numerous international settings each year, including Asia, Central America, Europe and the Middle East.

As a Christian school, Spring Arbor University is committed to both student and spiritual life. In addition to a wide array of academic programs, the Michigan school offers chapel services and mission trip opportunities for students. More than 100 students from Spring Arbor University travel each year to serve on mission trips. Past locations include Mexico, Puerto Rico and Panama City, Panama.
