St. Gregory's University offers four programs, allowing students to earn degree in one of the following areas: science in Associate degree of science business; Bachelor's degree in business; Bachelor's degree in human development; or a Master of Science in management.

The Associate degree of science in business is designed to prepare students for leadership positions in today's business world. In this combined business and liberal arts education program, students study: introductory management, computer applications, written and oral communications, economics, critical thinking, accounting, and art appreciation. The program is 64 credits and is completed in 108 weeks. To enroll in this program, students must have a high school diploma or GED; two years of relevant work experience and access to an organizational environment and if transferring credits from another college, a GPA of at least 2.0. The bachelor's degree n business is a 46-credit, 78-week program designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of business and industry. Students wishing to enroll in this program must have at least 54 hours of transferable college credit with at least a 2.0 GPA. Students must also have at least two years of relevant work experience and access to an organizational environment.

The graduate level course, offering a Master's degree in management is a 36-credit, 74-week course. Students in this course study advanced levels of business management, providing them the skills to be effective leaders. Students in this course study appropriate problem-solving skills involving the correct use of inference and deduction, assumption recognition, evidence interpretation, and argument evaluation.

Students wishing to enroll in this program must possess a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college and a minimum of a 2.7 GPA; three years of relevant work experience and two letters of recommendation.

The Bachelor's degree in human development offers students the opportunity to prepare or advance their professions in the fields of teaching, counseling, or other social professions. Students in this program study Christian values, ethics, critical thinking, problem solving, technology and teamwork. Students wishing to enroll in this program must have 54 transferable college credits with at least a 2.0 GPA and two years of relevant work experience and access to an organizational environment.
