The Stratford Chef's School offers a basic level program and an
Advanced level program. The basic level program is comprised of theory and hands-on experience in food preparation. Students learn cookery and pastry, nutrition, gastronomy, wine, pastry, recipe specifications and food style, sanitation, kitchen management, food and wine
service, food service accounting and communication.
Stratford Chef's School's advanced level curriculum includes a food preparation practicum that focuses on restaurant lab achievement, larder, pastry and ethnic. Students also learn restaurant lab menu theory, gastronomy, wine, food style and pastry, sanitation and kitchen management.
