The Strictly business barber College, established in 1999, offers courses that provide students with the necessary skills to pursue a profession as a barber. Strictly offers a licensed barber/ stylist program that cover such topics as theoretical study, scientific barbering practice and general barber practice that can be completed in six months. Courses cover such topics as barber implements; hygiene, sanitation and sterilization; rules and regulations, barbering history; ethics and shop management; honing, stropping, and shaving; men's hair and nails; chemistry; permanent waving; disease of the skin and scalp; barbering laws; salesmanship; hair coloring, hair relaxing to name a few. Upon completion, graduations will receive a certificate of completion from Strictly.

The Strictly business Barber College is located in the city of Georgetown in South Carolina.
