With the goal of preparing students to succeed in the
medical and
business industries,
technical Learning Centers, a non-degree, post-secondary school, offers training for entry-level positions. The fully-accredited institution has been successfully educating students for more than 10 years, and continues to offer its students the highest level of
education and training.
Technical Learning Centers offers a
medical assistant program and an office administration computer training program. The 720-credit hour medical assistant program includes160 hours of externship experience. Students gain the skills needed to become nationally certified medical assistants. Students who complete the medical assistant program at Technical Learning Centers will be qualified for positions as medical assistants, front office and back office workers, insurance billers, phlebotomists, EKG Technician and medical office managers.
Technical Learning Centers 600-hour office administration computer training program includes a 160-hour externship program. Upon completion, students are awarded an office administration diploma. Students are also prepared to sit for the Microsoft Office specialist examination. Graduates of the office administration computer training program are hired as administrative assistants, office managers, administrative managers, administrative specialists, administrators, directors of operations, administrative coordinators, administrative directors or administrative officers.
