Tennessee Technology Center at Chattanooga, founded in 1969, is a technical, adult education, vocational training center located on a 90-acre community college campus adjacent to the Chattanooga River Park. The Tennessee vocational school is also one of 27 Tennessee Technology Centers throughout the state.

There are more than 1000 students and 37 faculty and staff members at the Tennessee Technology Center at Chattanooga. Students can choose from 21 one-year programs that include: automotive technology; masonry, industrial electricity; practical nursing; and machine tool technology.

All day programs are full-time; however, Aesthetics, building construction technology, Cosmetology, electronics, industrial maintenance, masonry, massage therapy, machine tool, plumbing, and motorsports vehicle technology programs are available part-time in the evening.
