The Tennessee Technology Center at Memphis (TTCM) offers competency-based training through traditional and distance learning. High quality training and retraining at TTCM prepares graduates for employment and advancement in their current positions.

TTCM's student personnel services office provides vocational counseling to students, ensuring that their chosen course of study is well-match to their interests, aptitudes, and abilities. Individuals who complete study at the Tennessee Technology Center at Memphis are awarded certificates of completion or diplomas.

The center began operation in 1963 and today has two campuses - the main campus in downtown Memphis and the Aviation Center located in the airport area. Tennessee Technology Center at Memphis is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education and is a Tennessee Board of Regents Institution.
