Baptist University located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on a 55-acre campus. Founded in 1946 by Lee Roberson, the
Tennessee School originated as a two-year college and Bible school, earning university status in 1979. Tennessee
Temple University aims to challenge students academically and encourage their spiritual growth. One of the Tennessee school's core values is that the fusion of passion and purpose empower education. All of the faculty at Tennessee Temple University profess to be Christians and the undergraduate curriculum for all students includes a general studies program of Bible courses.
