The Interdenominational Theological Center is a graduate level theological college located on 10 acres in the heart of University Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The school was established in 1958 and is the consortium of six protestant theological seminaries: the Morehouse School of Religion (Baptist), Gammon Theological Seminary (United Methodist), Turner Theological Seminary (African Methodist Episcopal), Phillips School of Theology (Christian Methodist), Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary (Presbyterian) and the Charles H. Mason Theological Seminary (Church of God in Christ). The Interdenominational Theological Center also has a growing relationship with the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Atlanta.

The Interdenominational Theological Center is committed to educating women and men who wish to enter the ministry. Six degree programs are offered through The Interdenominational Theological Center: Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Christian education, Master of Arts in Church Music, Doctorate of Theology in Pastoral Counseling and several dual degree programs: Master of Arts in Christian Education/Master of Divinity; Master of Arts in Church Music/Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Church Music/Master of Arts in Christian Education.

In their approach to education, The Interdenominational Theological Center has four areas of concentration: Biblical Studies and Languages; Philosophy, Theology, Ethics and History; Persons, Society and Culture; and The Church and it's Ministries.

The campus has several gems in its buildings. The James H. Costen Lifelong Education Center is a conference center that can seat up to 300 people. The center also houses several offices and programs: The Office of Continuing Education/Extension Program - a two-year certificate program in theology; the Thomas J. Pugh Pastoral Counseling Center - a ministry of pastoral care, counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and children; the Isaac R. Clark Preaching Laboratory; the Lutheran Theological Center in Atlanta - an enrichment program of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America; and the administrative offices of the ITC Faith and The City Institute of Faith and Health Leadership Program; The Youth HopeBuilders Academy and Faith Journey for Parish Ministry Programs; Charles H. Mason Theological Seminary (Church of God in Christ), and Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary (Presbyterian Church U.S.A.). The campus is also home to the Robert and Cheryl Franklin Auditorium.
