Students who enroll at the International Institute of Culinary Arts may choose between taking the one-year certificate program in the culinary arts and the two-year program in the culinary arts. While the certificate program and the first year of the two-year program prepare students with the cooking knowledge and skills they need to enter the industry, the second year of the two-year program is focused on preparing students to run their own cooking businesses.
