includes seven Iowa Community Colleges who partner together to offer associate degrees online. These online courses can lead you to successful employment or serve as your start to a baccalaureate degree at a four-year transfer institution, or provide you with a way to update your career skills.

These seven Iowa community colleges of the Iowa Community College Online Consortium include Eastern Iowa Community College District, Iowa Lakes Community College, Iowa Western Community College, Northwest Iowa Community College, Southeastern Community College, Southwestern Community College, and Western Iowa Tech Community College. In order to enroll in the online courses, students need to apply with one of these consortium colleges.

Whether you are an in-state, out-of-state, or international student, you are eligible to register for the online classes as long as you have been accepted or are a current student at one of the seven colleges in the consortium.

Each individual college in the Iowa Community College Online Consortium has established an articulation agreement that allows graduates from Iowa Community College Online Consortium colleges the opportunity to further your education or pursue a Bachelor's degree through a four-year college.

All courses at these Iowa community colleges are taught entirely online and delivered using features such as: audio, video, testing, gradebook, and collaborative work environments including threaded discussion groups, real-time chatrooms, PowerPoint presentations, document sharing, webliographies, and a whole lot more.
