The Robert Paul Academy of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences offers a cutting edge curriculum that trains students towards a career as a professional cosmetologist/ nail technician. Courses at Robert Paul Academy are based on a comprehensive program that will train students towards a career in Cosmetology. The Robert Paul Academy shapes its curriculum in two basic levels of instruction: cosmetology 101 and academy service floor. The academy also interacts students with clients, where they will earn the practical skills necessary to successfully operate as a service provider. Once this step is completed, students will graduate to the academy's service floor where they can practice and use these skills.

The Robert Paul Academy of cosmetology Arts and Sciences prepares students for certification under the state laws of Md. In the Robert Paul accredited program, enrollees will learn and practice the basic skills necessary before moving into classes and workshops. On the academy floor, once students core lessons have been mastered they will then learn practical salon experience under the instruction of experienced supervisors. At this level, students will also learn the steps of consultation, communication and expedition.

The Academy of cosmetology at Timonium, Md. is a 1500-hour program. Courses cover such topics as hair cutting and design, basic, dimensional and corrective color, men's design, formal styling, extensions and more. Students will also learn the craft of resume writing and interviewing for a salon career. Upon graduation, all students are offered job-placement, resume assistance and financial management as part of its curriculum.
