The academic program at Crestmont combines classroom learning with spiritual formation and skill development through field training. The Salvation Army College for Officer Training at Crestmont offers an Associate of Arts in Ministries degree along with a core curriculum that includes instruction in Bible, business, theology, public speaking, history, psychology, sociology, and worship.
