The Stone Institute in St. Charles, Missouri offers reflexology programs and continuing education in reflexology, massage, and Healing Arts. The school also offers advanced studies for massage therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and other professionals licensed in a health profession. The Stone Institute is the first school in the Midwest dedicated to reflexology education and training.

The Stone Institute offers a basic reflexology program, therapeutic reflexology program, and reflexology courses. The basic reflexology program is an introductory program in relaxing reflexology, which provides techniques that can be used immediately. The therapeutic reflexology program is for graduates and certified reflexologists of the Stone Institute or a reciprocal program. Therapeutic reflexology covers lower extremity advanced and clinical reflexology as well as upper extremity and hand reflexology. Students also take a therapeutic reflexology practical and written exam.

Individual courses are available in reflexology level I and II, therapeutic reflexology upper extremity, and therapeutic reflexology advanced and clinical applications for lower extremity. Students may also take the ANNUAL holistic prevention, healing, and wellness education symposium.
