Finally, the creative phase teaches students advanced hair dressing and chemical work as it prepares them for a future salon career. The learning leader course consists of 500 hours of training and instruction on teaching skills. Students will also teach curriculum as well as help supervise the clinic floor and help the students with their assigned clinic projects. .At the Vanguard College of Cosmetology's facility, students will have the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience in their respected field of study.
