Community College has three campuses: The First Street Campus in Tillamook, which is its primary location; the North County Center in Nehalem, Oregon; and the South County Center in Pacific City, Oregon.
The evolution of adult education in Tillamook County began in January, 1956, when the General Extension Division of the Department of Statewide Services offered six courses in Tillamook. Two years later, eight undergraduate and two graduate level classes were offered. By 1960, 119 students were enrolled in the "Tillamook County Adult Education Center." In 1962, the responsibility for providing adult education was transferred to Tillamook School District #9.

Tillamook offers a College Now program, available for eligible junior and senior high school students. It provides the opportunity to earn and receive transferable college credit and high school credit at the same time.
Tillamook Bay welcomed their new President, Jon Carnahan in March of 2007. Jon retired from Linn Benton Community College but was coaxed out of retirement to become TBCC President. Jon was instrumental in passage of a general obligation bond and is now working toward construction of a new college facility.
