Students may choose to focus on the following areas of study: area, ethnic, cultural and gender studies; biological and biomedical sciences; business, management, marketing and related support services; education; English and literature; foreign languages, literatures and linguistics; health professions and related clinical sciences; history; mathematics and statistics; physical sciences; public administration; social sciences; and the performing arts. The Universite Sainte-Anne offers its non-traditional students access to education through distance-learning, off-campus learning, summer sessions, part-time degree programs as well as student-designed majors. For those who wish to accelerate their degrees and careers Universite Sainte-Anne is proud to offer double majors and honors degree programs combined with internship and hands-on learning experience.

At Universite Sainte-Anne there is a strong belief that students should achieve a well-rounded collegiate experience through both classroom and instructional learning, internship, hands-on experience, and extracurricular programs. Students may choose to enroll in a number of recreational activities and groups that include a drama/theater group, a student-run newspaper, a radio station, choral group, and a number of other clubs and organizations. At the Universite Sainte-Anne one of the most popular clubs is the Student Organization. The clubs and organizations provide a social environment that will expand students' interests and acclimate them to the campus community.
