The University of Houston-Victoria, an upper-level and graduate institution that is part of the University of Houston System, offers more than 30 undergraduate and graduate degree programs and concentrations in arts and sciences, business administration, and education and human development. Students may attend classes on campus, online, at remote sites in the region, and in collaboration with other University of Houston System universities.

Classes offered at the University of Houston-Victoria begin at the junior year of competency. Students can transfer into the Texas university in order to complete baccalaureate degrees after finishing the first two years of instruction at a community college.
