The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, founded in 1963, is a four-year college of the University of Pittsburgh system located on a suburban 317-acre campus in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains. There are more than 1,400 students and 71 full-time and 53 part-time faculty. Students live in apartment-style residence halls that are wired for internet access.

Named one of the best colleges in the Northeast by The Princeton Review, Bradford has 24 buildings, and students can choose from 40 majors and more than 50 minors, concentrations and pre-professional programs. Students have access to all five libraries associated with the University of Pittsburgh and have research opportunities with faculty as early as their sophomore year, with opportunities to be published or to present at academic conferences.
