Founded in 1928, Valley Forge features an all-male college-preparatory boarding school and a co-educational two-year transfer college located in Wayne, Pennsylvania -- just 15 miles west of Philadelphia. Valley Forge is one of five military junior colleges that participates in the Army's Early Commissioning Program.

Though military in tradition and form, Valley Forge Military Academy is a College Preparatory boarding institution. Alumni often attend some of the nation's most prestigious colleges and universities, and some pursue careers in armed services. Valley Forge Military Academy & College provides students with an educational experience built on five cornerstones. A Valley Forge education is rooted in quality academic programs and supported by leadership responsibilities, character development, personal motivation, and strong athletic and extracurricular opportunities.
