Technical College is a unit of the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education with campuses in Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, and Haralson counties. Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, WCTC provides a career-focused education with an emphasis on technical competence, critical thinking, and social values.

Technical College offers more than 90 areas of study leading to an Associate of Applied Science degree, technical diploma, or certificate. Programs are available in the fields of Trade and Technology, Health Services,
business Information, and Industry Services. In addition, West Central
technical College offers adult literacy programs, continuing education, and corporate training. Dual enrollment is also available for motivated
high school students.

technical college offers intercollegiate teams in men's basketball and women's volleyball. Students can also participate in various academic and professional associations on campus.
