Western Technical College is one of 16 Technical Colleges that make up the Wisconsin Technical College System. Accredited by the North Central Association of College and Schools, this Wisconsin technical college is committed to student success and community partnerships.

Western Technical College offers more than 40 programs leading to an Associate of Applied Science degree through its four divisions: business, Family and Consumer Sciences, Human Services, and Industrial Technologies. Most programs can be completed within two years, and students benefit from interactive classes and internship opportunities. Lifelong learning opportunities are also available for non-degree seeking students.

Western Technical College competes for the National junior college Athletic Association in men's and women's basketball and volleyball. Students can also participate in intramural sports, service learning activities, and campus organizations.
