The Wisconsin Technical College System provides students with a hands-on technical education to equip them for service to the local community and industry. The Wisconsin Technical College System consists of 16 colleges: Blackhawk Technical College, Chippewa Valley Technical College, Fox Valley Technical College, Gateway Technical College, Lakeshore Technical College, Madison Area Technical College, Mid-State Technical College, Milwaukee Area Technical College, Moraine Park Technical College, Nicolet Area Technical College, Northcentral Technical College, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, Waukesha County Technical College, Western Technical College, and Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.

The colleges of the Wisconsin Technical College System offer more than 300 programs that lead to an associate degree, technical diploma, short-term technical certificate, or customized training. Transfer options are also available within the University of Wisconsin System.
