Woodbury University, founded in 1884, is a professional and liberal arts college located on a 22-plus acre residential campus near Los Angeles, in the heart of the entertainment industry. Woodbury offers undergraduate and graduate programs through four schools: the School of Architecture; the School of business; the School of Media, Culture and Design; and the Institute of Transdisciplinary Studies.

Students may also attend one of three other campuses. An urban San Diego campus offers Bachelor of Architecture degrees and Master of Architecture in Real Estate Development degrees. The Woodbury campus operates the Center for Community Research and Development in Hollywood. An additional off-campus site is located at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Headquarters.

There are more than 1,500 undergraduate and graduate students in attendance at Woodbury University. Students may pursue the following types of degrees: Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of business Administration, Bachelor of fine arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Architecture, Master of Architecture in Real Estate Development, Master of business Administration, and Master of Organizational Leadership.

Woodbury's adult programs are offered through evening, weekend and accelerated classes.
