community college operates five campuses across Arizona as well as an extensive online learning school open to students from around the globe. Yavapai prides itself on providing small classes and a personalized learning experience for each and every student.

Community College's Zaki Gordon Institute for Independent Filmmaking is one of the few institutions of its kind on a
Community College campus. In addition to providing facilities for the school's Digital Film Making major, the institute also hosts the annual Zaki Gordon film festival which draws aspiring directors and producers from far reaches of the country.
On the Camp Verde campus, students will find career and technical education programs in a hands-on education facility. Yavapai
Community College's 108,000 square foot building is home to the gunsmithing, welding, mining technology, and
automotive technology programs and includes high-tech resources including 3 new milling machines and lathes, 3-ton gantry cranes, and access to the Prescott Airport flight lines.
Classes here are small, averaging 20 students per classroom. Yavapai Community College has a high transfer rate as well. The school maintains transfer agreements with over 30 four-year institutions, including some of Arizona's top schools. Exceptional Yavapai students will also be eligible for the school's Honors Program. In addition to receiving access to Honors-only activities including field trips, retreats, and volunteer activities, Honors students are also eligible for special scholarships.
All Yavapai Community College students will receive free academic advising, career counseling, financial aid advisement, and personal counseling. Students who enroll in the in the on campus Student Support Services Program will also receive additional mentoring, tutoring, cultural enrichment activities, laptops on loan, and access to specialized field trips.
