Acupuncture
Due to the growing interest in natural health and human longevity, the general public is exhibiting an increased awareness in natural and Holistic Medicine and, in particular, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. In fact, many extended health benefits plans now recognize the legitimacy of these disciplines and not only refer their clients to, but also pay for the use of the services of qualified practitioners. Our program are designed to meet the needs of health care professionals who wish to broaden their knowledge in order to increase their clientele, acupuncturists from other provinces and countries who wish to further their studies in Alberta, and individuals who are completely new to the field, but have a genuine interest in Acupuncture. Our acupuncture program is a unique 27-month program that consists of courses in acupuncture, tui-na massage, and western medicine. It is a condensed version of the 4-year programs offered in TCM universities in China.
Accounting & Payroll Administrator
The Accounting and Payroll Administrator program combines office administration and computer training with a practical foundation in payroll and accounting. In addition to standard office software, students also learn specialized programs such as Simply Accounting and Quick Books. Students apply their skills during a five week practicum. Upon successful completion of this program, graduates can apply for CPA Compliance Practitioner Program.

Accounting Technician
The Accounting Technician diploma program combines basic office administration skills with a practical foundation in accounting including specialized software such as Simply Accounting. A five week practicum is also included.

Business Administration Management
The Business Administration Management program provides students with the skills to succeed in the fast-paced business world. They learn customer service, office management and software such as MS Office Suite and Simply Accounting. They also study communication and marketing. Career opportunities include positions in office administration, accounting, inventory control or marketing.

Legal Administrative Assistant
The Legal Administrative Assistant program combines a foundation of general office administration with a broad overview of the day-to-day practices of a law office. Students learn about the Canadian court system, legal rights, practices and procedures. Additionally they study criminal law, civil litigation, real estate and conveyancing, wills, estates, and more. Graduates are eligible to ladder into the Paralegal Diploma Program.

Office Administration
The Office Administration program trains students to become successful administrative professionals. Students develop strong office management and business communication skills. Additionally, they master industry standard software, including MS Office Suite and Simply Accounting. Skilled office administrators remain in high demand and career opportunities exist in all business sectors throughout the province.
Duration: 27 weeks (includes 5 week practicum)
Oil and Gas Administrative Assistant
The Oil and Gas Administrative Assistant diploma program prepares students for success in one of Alberta’s booming industries. They develop strong business administration, communication and computer skills. Students also gain an in-depth understanding of the industry’s unique terminology and day-to-day practices through a combination of instructor-led classes and an on-the-job practicum.
Duration: 42 weeks (includes 5 week practicum)
Paralegal Assistant
This intensive program prepares students for careers as members of a law office team. They study the Canadian legal system and court structure. Areas of focus include legal rights, contracts, civil litigation, torts, wills and estates, and real estate and conveyancing. Various forms of law studied in the program include business law, corporate and commercial law, criminal law, family law and insurance law. Students also learn about collection procedures, legal research and intellectual property law.
Duration: 65 weeks (including 5 week practicum)
Computer Graphic Design (CGD)
Work in the heart of the fast-paced health care industry as a Medical Office Assistant. Reeves College offers the Medical Office Assistant Program. During this 32-week diploma program, students will learn all aspects of running a medical office, from administrative to technical skills. Also, obtain "real world" experience with a five-week practicum at the end of the program. During the MOA program, you will learn the latest medical office best practices, such as bookkeeping, computer skills, organizing medical records, transcribing medical information, operating specialized billing software, and preparing and administering basic medical tests. Other core curriculum focuses on human anatomy and diseases, medical terminologies, pharmacology, and clinical procedures. MOAs are fully trained to answer basic patient questions about their conditions and medication. Supporting courses will help you develop interpersonal and customer relations skills, and focus on career development and the job search. Meanwhile, sustainability also plays a role in the MOA program. Learn how to "green up" your work and home life. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Medical Office Assistant Diploma, a Standard First Aid Certificate and a CPR "C" Certificate. Graduates are trained to in the following positions: Admitting Clerk, Emergency Room Admitting Clerk, Medical Secretary, Medical Transcriptionist, Medical Receptionist, Medical Billing Clerk or Medical Office Assistant.
